Shore power adapters are an incredible convenience when traveling. They allow you to adapt your home port shore power connections to systems using different amperages. Every boat should carry a selection.
The female connector attaches to the cordset or boat inlet while the male plug attaches to the dockside receptacle or cordset. These adapters are equipped with covers and sealing collars (where indicated-w/SCS) and are for use in wet locations. The unique sealing collar system (SCS) with cover joins the adapter to the cordset with a positive, mechanical connection which provides maximum moisture protection.
