Low profile Black nylon cleat for sewing or riveting onto sails and technical fabrics.
It can be mounted in two positions on the sail.
The tooth design allows a quick, positive lock that is easy to release; added to its low profile, it is an ideal cleat for adjusting leech lines.
The aluminum version of this cleat is the CL258.
If you require a cleat for the other side of a sail, please look at the CL214.
Use a backing plate when riveting a cleat onto fabric, as it will prevent the rivet from pulling through.
